Claude web, Desktop and CoworkWorks
Paste one URL, sign in with your JB PARCEL account, and Claude can search parcels, owners and sales for you. There is no key to copy and nothing to install.
Add the connector
The steps are the same in all three apps. The settings screen is in a slightly different place in each, so start there:
- Claude web: Settings, then Connectors.
- Claude Desktop: Settings, then Connectors.
- Cowork: Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Name it JB PARCEL.
- Paste this as the URL:
Leave the OAuth Client ID and Client Secret boxes empty. They are optional, and JB PARCEL registers your app automatically.https://jbparcel.com/mcp - Click Add. A JB PARCEL window opens asking you to sign in.
- Sign in and click Connect. The window closes on its own.
That is the whole setup. Ask Claude something like show me parcels in Wilson County TN over five acres and it will use the connector.
What Claude can and cannot do
Approving the connector gives Claude three tools and nothing else.

It cannot see your password, your card, or your billing. It cannot change or cancel your plan. It cannot read your saved searches, buy boxes or client list. It cannot go past the export limits already on your account, and everything it pulls counts against your own allowance.
Turning it off
Two places, either works. Remove the connector in the Claude app, or open your account page, find it under Connected apps, and click Disconnect. Disconnecting from your account page cuts it off immediately, even if you have lost access to the app itself.
If it does not connect

Other apps
ChatGPT custom connectors use the same standard, so JB PARCEL should work there once you add
https://jbparcel.com/mcp. We have not tested it end to end yet, so treat that one as
unverified rather than supported.
