Your parcel data, inside the tools you already use
Professional includes one API key that works two ways. The MCP server turns JB PARCEL into native tools for AI assistants: ask Claude, Gemini CLI, Cursor, VS Code or any app that takes a remote MCP server to search 151.0 million+ parcels, pull a parcel's owner, values and sale history, or screen a county against your buy-box, and it answers from our data. The REST API gives scripts, spreadsheets and internal dashboards the same search and parcel lookups with the same limits as the site. Pricing questions
Good to know
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account. Cancelling stops payment at your next billing date, and your access runs through the period you already paid for.
What happens to time I already paid for if I switch plans?
It is never lost. When you change plans, the unused time on your current plan converts to an account credit that is automatically applied to your new plan's bills before your card is ever charged. Buy a year of Plus, switch to Professional a month in, and the remaining eleven months of Plus value pay down your Professional bills until the credit runs out. Credits apply to your subscription only and are not refundable as cash.
What does the free signup include?
A free account gets the map and the basics on any parcel you click: address, assessed and appraised values, acreage, year built, zoning, and the last sale. Owner names, mailing addresses, the investor filters, exports, and reports need a plan. New accounts also get three days of Professional once the email is confirmed, so you can try the whole tool before paying.
How is payment handled?
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What is the difference between Plus and Professional?
The free map covers parcel search with owner, last sale, and values. Plus adds every advanced filter, all map layers, comps and yield, and saved buy-boxes. Professional adds the full sale history chain, CSV export, direct-mail owner lists, alerts, delinquent-tax signal, and the API - with nationwide access.
How does Team Pro pricing work?
Team Pro is monthly or annual, 5 seats minimum. The team manager pays the standard Professional rate at that interval, and every additional member seat is discounted; the discount deepens as your team grows. Use the seat selector above to see your per-seat price and total. Billing is one invoice on the manager's card. Adding a seat prorates the cost to the end of your current billing period and charges the card right away. Removing a seat gives no credit or refund - it stays paid through the period you already covered, and your next bill is simply for one fewer.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The map, property lines, and a preview of every parcel (owner and last sale) are free without an account, and the deal calculators are free too.
