Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how subscriptions work, how to cancel, our refund terms, and what happens if a payment fails. We believe in transparency and want to make it easy for you to manage your subscription.

2. Automatic Renewal

JB PARCEL offers Standard and Pro subscription tiers on a monthly, six-month, or yearly billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the rate you selected, unless you cancel beforehand. You will be charged on the renewal date according to your billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription amount at each renewal date until you cancel.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further charges will be incurred. However, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. If you have questions about how to cancel, please contact us at support@jbparcel.com.

4. Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, but we handle genuine billing problems fairly (see below). If you were charged in error, if your payment was processed twice, or if you believe there is a billing problem, please contact us immediately at support@jbparcel.com and we will investigate and make it right.

5. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails to process on your renewal date, we will attempt to collect the payment again. If the payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your account access may be paused until a valid payment method is provided. You will receive email notifications about failed payments so you can update your payment information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects your rights, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
